Christy Comstock

Christy concentrates her practice on the representation of motor carriers and transportation partners, with an emphasis on casualty litigation in Arkansas and Oklahoma in both state and federal courts.   Ready to develop a case from on-site emergency accident response through courtroom trial and verdict, Christy is experienced and recognized as a leader by the industry.  Christy handles casualty, cargo, brokerage, and a variety of contractual issues affecting carriers and defends employment related litigation for commercial clients.  Christy also has more than 15 years of experience in criminal defense. She is a frequent speaker on best practices in the transportation industry.

One of the accomplishments Christy is proudest of is the Arkansas Trucking Seminar, an annual meeting of transportation leaders and trucking counsel from across the nation which started in 2004.   Focused on bringing together transportation stakeholders, the Arkansas Trucking Seminar strives to provide the industry with current and relevant education about litigation challenges, opportunities to network and participate in community projects.

The firm is a member of ALFA International where Christy is a leader in the Transportation Practice Group. She is recognized by Martindale-Hubbell as AV® Preeminent™ and has been identified by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers in Transportation.  Christy enjoys music, hiking and enjoying the great outdoors with her friends and family.
